Heart Attack

pressure, fullness, or pain in the center of the chest (lasts more than a few minutes or goes away and comes back)
pain in the neck, back, or arms (one or both)
fatigue and/or lightheadedness
abnormal heartbeat
anxiety

Heart Attack Symptoms in Women
Women may experience the same generalized symptoms, but with some slight differences:

chest pain or discomfort
back, jaw, or stomach pain
pain in one or both arms
shortness of breath (with or without chest pain)
nausea and/or vomiting

Stroke

sudden numbness or paralysis of the face, arm, or leg (often on one side of the body)
sudden confusion, trouble speaking
sudden vision problems
sudden dizziness, difficulty walking, and/or loss of balance or coordination
sudden severe headache
